This is a one-desk operation, run by a person who answers email directly. No phone queue, no ticketing system, no booking counter behind it. Write in and somebody actually reads the note.

Good reasons to get in touch:

• A figure that no longer matches the live page. Prices shift with the season and the option chosen, so if what we show and what the operator charges have parted ways, tell us and it gets fixed.
• A tour that has stopped running, stopped taking bookings, or altered what the ticket covers. Flag it and the page changes that day.
• Any detail stated incorrectly: where a walk starts, how long it runs, its rating, or a piece of island history we got wrong.
• A haunted tour of the island we have overlooked. If you operate one with a live, bookable listing and public review figures, send the link and it gets the same read as the other twelve. Inclusion is free, and so is every position on the page.
• A question that neither the FAQ nor the guides answers.

What this page cannot fix

We do not take payments, reserve seats, reschedule walkers or hand back money. Every ghost walk, pub crawl and harbor cruise listed here belongs to its operator, whether that is Historic Galveston Ghost Tours, Ghost City Tours, Galveston Tour Co, Seg City or the Haunted Harbor crew. Your confirmation email is the useful document: it holds the reference, the meeting point details and a reply route straight to the people running your tour (see What to Expect). All twelve listings also carry free cancellation, so changes go through the booking page, not through us.
